To provide certain services, JI Productions utilizes trusted technology partners, including HeyGen, for capabilities such as:

• Lip Synchronization

• Avatar Video Creation

When content is processed through these services, portions of your project—including media files, audio, images, scripts, and related metadata—may be processed by those platforms solely to produce the requested deliverables.

The operation of these services is governed by the policies of the respective providers.

By using JI Productions' AI-powered services, you acknowledge that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted content.

• You have obtained consent from any individual whose likeness or voice is submitted.

• Your requested project complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

We do not knowingly create content intended to:

• Mislead or deceive

• Impersonate individuals without authorization
