These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JI Production LLC content creation services.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the JI Productions website and all services provided by JI Productions. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

JI Productions provides professional services including:

• Avatar Video Production

• AI-Assisted Video Creation

• Corporate Training Media

• AI Video Translation

• Video Dubbing

• Drone Video Services

• Video Editing

Additional services may be added over time.

Clients represent that they:

• Own or have permission to use submitted materials

• Have obtained required permissions from individuals appearing in submitted media

• Will not submit unlawful or infringing content

• Will not request services that violate applicable laws or third-party policies

Clients retain ownership of the original materials they provide.

JI Productions retains ownership of:

• Production workflows

• Editing templates

• Internal processes

• Prompt engineering techniques

• Working project files

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed license to use the completed deliverables.

Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

Because projects are custom-produced, work already completed is generally non-refundable.

Unless otherwise specified in a proposal or agreement, projects include the number of revisions identified in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

JI Productions will not knowingly create content that:

• Violates copyright

• Promotes illegal activity

• Facilitates fraud

• Contains hate speech

• Contains unlawful explicit material

• Creates deceptive impersonations

Projects violating these standards may be declined or terminated.

JI Productions shall not be responsible for:

• Client misuse of completed work

• Delays caused by third-party platforms

• Service interruptions outside our control

• Inaccurate client-provided materials

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
